We offer individual career planning sessions and careers assessments to explore your interests, skills and values in regards to your work and life options.
Service 1: Exploration:
Is my current job the right job for me?
If you are feeling bored and disadisfied in your current role we can help you identify what it is about your current job that you are not enjoying and explore other alternative job options based upon your:
- Interests
- Preferred skills
- Values
- Motivators
- Barriers
These assessments provide you the opportunity to explore your personal career thoughts and discover job options that fit your interests, skills and needs. The Exploration service is a one-on-one session that takes between 1.5 and 2 hours.
Service 2: Making the change
How do I get there?
You have an idea about the type of work that you want to do, you just require some assistance in taking the steps you need to obtain the job you want. We can help you move forward through individual career planning sessions incorporating goal setting, skills identification and maketing towards your chosen job option.
Service 3: Job search
What do I do to get a job?
This is a very supportive programme, in which you will receive individual coaching, motivation and skill development over the space of a month. Our programme incorporates four one-on-one sessions, a personalised job search pack, and phone support for the duration of the programme. An outline of the one-on-one sessions follows:

Service 4: CV Development
How do I sell myself?
In this service we can redesign your current CV and target it towards the type of work you want to apply for. Alternatively we can also create a new CV that markets your skills, experience and attributes to employers in your chosen field.
